Information we collect
When you submit our contact form or call us, we collect the information you choose to provide, typically your name, phone number, optional email address, a description of your collection, and any photos you upload. We don't require you to create an account, and we don't collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your cards, make you an offer, and arrange a pickup if you choose to sell. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Photos you upload
Photos submitted through our form are stored with our hosting and file providers for the purpose of evaluating your collection. Each uploaded file receives a hard-to-guess link that is sent to our team with your inquiry. Anyone who obtains that link may be able to view the file, so please don't include sensitive personal documents in your photos. We only need pictures of the cards.
Analytics and cookies
On our production website, we use Google Tag Manager and analytics services configured through it to understand how visitors use the site and which contact options generate inquiries. These services may receive information such as your device and browser type, pages visited, approximate location, IP address, and actions such as phone-link clicks or a completed form. They may also use cookies or similar technologies. You can limit or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Service providers
We use third-party services to run this website and handle form submissions, including our hosting provider, our file-storage provider, and our email delivery provider. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver your message to us.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the information you've shared at any time by contacting us at larry@ibuy.cards. Calling us is always an option if you'd rather not submit anything online.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiries and uploaded photos only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the lead, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us, subject to records we are required to retain.
