You don't need to know what you have
Most people who call us inherited a collection and have no idea where to start. That's normal. Boxes in the attic, binders in a closet, a shoebox in the garage, or a whole room of it, we've seen it all.
Leave it exactly as it is. We'll sit down with you, tell you honestly what's there and what it's worth, and make a fair cash offer. If you'd rather just get it handled, we'll handle it.

What we pay for
Figuring out what to do with an inherited card collection is rarely something anyone planned for. Usually it's dad's card collection in a closet, or a grandparent's boxes in a basement. You didn't pack any of it, you can't price it, and you probably don't want to learn how.
You don't need to sort, inventory, or value anything. We evaluate the whole lot as it sits. In most estate sports card collections the value is concentrated in a small number of key cards buried among thousands of ordinary ones, and finding those is our job rather than the family's.
We buy all of it in one transaction: the stars and the commons, graded slabs and shoeboxes, binders, sealed wax, and the inherited baseball cards nobody left in the family collects. We don't cherry-pick the good cards and leave you the rest to deal with.
Photos of the boxes as they sit are enough to start, so there's no need to open or organize a thing. We'll give you an honest cash figure for the lot, then come to you, do the lifting, and remove everything in one visit.
There's no pressure and no timeline. Estates move at their own pace and we work around the estate's schedule, whether that's this week, after the house sells, or whenever the family is ready.

Estate & Inherited Collections: common questions
- Do we need to sort or inventory the collection first?
- No. Leave everything exactly as it sits. Sorting is the part families dread, and it's the part we handle. Send photos of the boxes and we'll do the evaluating and the sorting on our end. You don't need to open a single one.
- What if we have no idea what any of it is worth?
- That's the most common situation we walk into, and it's not a problem. You don't need any card knowledge. We price the collection against real sold comps, tell you honestly what's driving the number, and give you one cash figure for the whole lot.
- Can you work with an executor or attorney handling the estate?
- Yes. We regularly work with executors, attorneys, and family members handling an estate from out of state. We can put the offer in writing for the estate's records and coordinate timing with whoever is administering it.
- How fast can this be done?
- Often within days. We can usually evaluate from photos the same day and schedule a pickup that week if you need it done quickly. There's also no rush. If the estate isn't ready, we'll wait until it is.
